About the speaker

Join us at the next Collins Club luncheon on Friday, 11 April, when Amelia Pickering, CEO of Prison Network, shares how her organisation is transforming the lives of incarcerated women—both inside and beyond prison walls.

For almost 80 years, the Prison Network has provided in-prison programs and post-release support that reduce shame and stigma, build hope, and strengthen relationships, including those with children.

Under Amelia’s leadership over the past five years, the recidivism rate for women going through the network’s program is down to just 5%. By comparison, the state average is 40%.

The key? A holistic approach—better systems, the right people, and partnerships with employers to create workplaces where women can get work, keep work, and thrive.

Don't miss this powerful discussion on breaking the cycle and restoring dignity, hope, and opportunity for women seeking a fresh start.
