Guest Speaker: Annalise Jennings | Founder Dynamic Exchange
Topic: The Transformation Journey of the Aboriginal Community of Napranum
Annalise Jennings is a business and community strategist with a background in risk management and 25 years’ experience in Corporate Banking. She has specialized in projects that focus on transformation and maximizing human potential.
Dynamic Exchange is an organization committed to supporting communities and organizations to reach their full potential. She has worked extensively with Australian Indigenous communities and is the creator of Whole of Community Change – a blueprint designed to bring about community ownership and self-determination. In 2014 she was invited to share her work with the Aboriginal community of Napranum in a TEDx Talk entitled, “The SHIFT from Paternalism, Prohibition, Penalty” a realization of the community’s vision and goals.
While a senior manager for one of the Australian Banks, she was awarded the prestigious SAI Global Business Excellence Award emphasizing the balance between compliance, ownership of risk and ethical behaviour. In 2017 she was invited to the Oslo Nobel Peace Prize Awards in recognition of her community work. A commissioned book, 5 Round Tables, highlights the success of her Community Change program and provides guidelines for those wishing to emulate it in their own communities.
Bringing a blend of corporate professionalism, humanity, and wisdom to her work, Annalise has helped organizations create a balanced and strategic culture to build communities. She has designed programs for corporations, indigenous communities, educational institutions, infrastructure sectors in the US, UK, India, and Australia
Annalise has dedicated her life’s work to bringing the age-old principles of belonging, connectedness, and caring for the whole into mainstream groups.
